ScanlanKemperBard (SKB) is a real estate merchant banking company. The company, headquartered in Portland, was founded in 1993. The purpose of the company is to acquire real estate assets throughout the western United States. Equity is raised from high net worth individuals, family trusts and small pension plans. To date, the company has acquired over one billion in assets in 78 transactions.

Most of the acquisitions have a current income component along with an opportunity to add value through superior asset management and leasing, capital renovations, and overall repositioning.

To date, SKB has funded 12 transactions in which 41 members of Keiretsu have participated and accounted for some $5 million of the equity raised. The following are the properties in which members of Keiretsu have invested in 78 transactions. Sales to date have produced an overall 30.1% I.R.R.
