KEIRETSU FORUM CHARITABLE FOUNDATION EVENTS
Sports for Charity, Thursday July 29, 2004, Blackhawk Country Club
Please invite your spouses and significant others to join us for a wonderful dinner with silent & “live” auction at the Keiretsu Charitable Foundation annual Sports for Charity this Thursday July 29th, 2004 at the Blackhawk Country Club Lakeside Ballroom. The event begins immediately following the morning Keiretsu Forum meeting with a golf and tennis tournament. We still have openings for tennis, register using the link below. Keiretsu Forum gives special thanks and recognition to Morgan Stanley, our event sponsor. This promises to be a special and fun event, with over 140 people presently attending the dinner.
We have some wonderful items up for auction such as a stay at a beautiful Hawaiian home on the water, “A Fantasy Flight”, boating and sailing outings, vacation stays at homes on the coast and in the mountains, and many, many other items.
The event will raise funds for Habitat for Humanity, Shepherd’s Gate, Northwest Medical Teams, Hannah Boys Center and Camp Wonder.

Monterey Golf and Fly-in Event September 2, 2004
Members will fly into the Monterey airport and be hosted to a day of golf on the Monterey Peninsula. More information and a signup sheet will be available at the July 29 Northern California meeting.
European Union American Hands Across the Water Gala - September 30, 2004
We are proud to announce the first annual European Union American Hands Across the Water Gala on Sept 30th. 6:00pm to 10:00pm. The event will be held at the Claremont Country and Golf Club off of Broadway Terrace in Oakland, Ca. Mayor Jerry Brown will be MC-ing for us. The European American Chamber of Commerce and sixty representative of European Union consuls in San Francisco including Consul Generals, spouses and business development people are acting as hosts. We have already confirmed representative from: France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxemburg, Poland, Sweden, and United Kingdom. Two hundred attendee’s from the investment community are coming to the event. The European American Chamber of Commerce and IStratgies International are organizing this event with the help of the Keiretsu Forum.
There will be dancing, food and drink with simulating conversation that will build friendships and business across borders. This is a rare opportunity to learn about both investing in the EU startups & helping our current US investments to do business overseas. There will be great networking food, drink and dancing. Money raised through a silent auction of business trips a hosted by the governments of those visited and donations will be donated to European American Chamber of Commerce and to fund trips for disadvantaged collage students to spend a summer in another country to grow friendships by building budding long-term business relationships.

Squaw Valley Skiing and Gourmet Event February 2005
An annual tradition with Keiretsu Forum, this event combines excellent skiing at Squaw Valley with gourmet dining hosted by Keiretsu Forum members.
Castlewood Golf Tournament May 2, 2005
Castlewood Country Club will be the location of the Keiretsu Forum annual Sports for Charity event in 2005.
CHARITABLE FOUNDATION ACTIVITIES
Habitat for Humanity Home, Oakley, CA - August 14, September 11 and October 9
Keiretsu Forum members have participated in several weekend work parties to help build a new home for a very deserving family. Members have donated time, materials and funds to building the home. Lahontan Fly-in, Golf Event and Fund Raiser July 14, 2004
Recently a group of Keiretsu Forum members flew to Truckee Airport in private planes and were hosted to a day of golf at the beautiful Lahontan course. The event raised over $4,000 which will benefit the Charitable Foundation’s non-profits.
